Week 3 of hypnotic weight loss down! I have been listening to my personalized recording each day, which has been keeping me on track for my keto lifestyle. Every Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session includes a bespoke recording that is meant to help reprogram the mind into accepting more and more new suggestions.
I've been finding that listening to my recording has been a godsend. Every day it helps me to recommit to my diet plan and it helps me to resist carbohydrates, sugar, and other junk foods. The recording is setting me up for massive success. I know that I want to lose 100 lbs. and it gives me the drive to keep on keeping on with healthier food choices and my exercise plan.
Through hypnosis, I've learned that I was telling myself loads of lies about my eating habits. I believed I could have sugar and that it wouldn't affect me. I used to go to a local restaurant called Jason's Deli and get the salad bar followed by a huge brownie. I thought that the salad bar counteracted the negative effects of the brownie, but now I understand that it just isn't so. I've completely cut out sugar now and I've been seeing excellent results. Not just weight loss, either. I've been noticing a reduction of inflammation in my body that has been making it easier for me to exercise. I've noticed my face getting smaller and leaner. Heck, I'm already developing a jawline!
I've been finding hypnotic weight loss to be an excellent tool toward achieving my goals. Using hypnosis for weight loss doesn't mean that you don't have to work toward your goals, but it does help install new habits that are healthier and promote greater well-being.
